The individually wrapped hot dog buns are shipped frozen and designed to be removed from the freezer and thawed as needed. Upon thawing they have a 12-day shelf life. The buns are designed to be displayed in their individual package to enhance customer perception of your overall roller program. the individually wrapped hot dog bun at the IDDBA Show in Anaheim, California.
Gonnella has developed a cost-effective process to deliver hot dog buns wrapped
individually to provide convenience stores, gas stations and other establishments
featuring self-serve hot dog operations enhanced convenience, sanitation and freshness.
