Candidate will be responsible and work with minimal direct supervision, in leading the troubleshooting of equipment control problems, upkeep of the LPS, MES, and other automation control systems, programming of control devices such as PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs as needed. Participate in the design specification setting, and installation of new equipment. Support all Gonnella plants with control problems/projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with PLC , Controllogix, and PanelView

• Ability to troubleshoot, correct and reprogram programmable controllers

• Able to ensure all generally accepted safety practices for programming industrial equipment are followed

• Must be able to travel occasionally

• Must have High School diploma or GED

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with Drive Executive, Kepware, FT Historian, FT Metrics, Panel builder, AutoCAD, RSSQL, FT Asset Center, AB Control logix, MS SQL, and MS Visual Basic

• Experience in monitoring LPS, MES, FTAC and other automation control systems for problems

• Experience programming HMI and VFD

• Experience in industrial, electrical and electronic controls, including hard-wired and solid state systems and related components

• Bachelor Degree
