Responsible for operating all equipment(Multi-Stage ingredient mixer, divider, moulder, sheeter timing belts) in the production of raw dough to company standards. Significant amount of time spent scaling dry ingredients and mixing large (500+) pound doughs. Must have skill to perform all jobs. Work requires the ability to read and comprehend written instructions and to perform basic math calculations and deal effectively with other people.
