The Plant Safety Manager is responsible for the Plant Safety Program. This includes, but is not limited to, safety awarness, safety training including OSHA required training, accident prevention, accident investigation, compliance reporting, new employee safety orientation, lead the plant emergency response team and safety committee, safety inspections and other duties as assigned.
The successful applicant will be computer literate (MS Office), have 3-5 years of training experiance, 3-5 years revelant work experiance, be able to multi-task effectively and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Must be degreed with a degree in Occupational Safety preferred but not required.
