Summary:
Managing and directing all elements of R&D projects and comtinuous improvement projects of frozen and baked products at all Gonnella facilities.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, leading, training and scheduling competent staff. Will prioritize and lead projects from concept and design to final approval within expected timelines. Will be responsible for improving/maintaining baking formulas, nutritional & labeling data bases.
