Summary:
Gonnella Frozen Products has been in the bread baking business for over 125 years. We are seeking a full-time HR Generalist in Hazle Township, PA. Qualified candidates will assist with the development and administration of HR programs, procedures and guidelines. Coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs in collaboration with the HR department. Administers various human resource plans and procedures for personnel, handles employee relations counseling, assisting in recruiting and staffing needs, employee orientations, employee communication, company functions and events, training development needs, compensation and benefits administrations. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Description:
A minimum of 5 years of direct HR related experience is required for this position. Preferred PHR certification or certification of employment laws and practices. Must be computer proficient, able to work a full-time role. Qualified candidate must have excellent communication skills both oral and written, ethical practices and evidence of practicing a high level of confidentiality.
