Description:

Responsible for operating all equipment (Multi-Stage Ingredient Mixer, Divider, Moulder, Sheeters, Timing Belts, etc.) in the production of raw dough to company standards. Significant amount of time spent in scaling dry ingredients and mixing large (500-lb.+) doughs. Must have knowledge and skill to perform all production jobs.

Must be capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move, lift and dump ingredients.
