Check all information on the packaging sheet at the end of run and sign off on the front of the packaging sheet as standard operation procedure. Check samples a minimum of every half hour and report inconsistencies to an AOM. Monitor all changeovers including labels, codes, tier heights and boxes. Monitor all bags fully enclosed in the finished boxes. Monitor case weights and case count on all lines, record findings, and report inconsistencies to AOM. Train new employees and retrain all others as needed. Monitor breaks and lunches, report problems to AOM. Monitor all packaging workstations, conveyers, and all catch pans for cleanliness and food safety. Keep constant communication between packing and production, walk down to production several times throughout shift to monitor product. Keep line of communication open between packing room and dock. Watchemployees for GMP violations. Monitor equipment and call maintenance as needed. Monitor temps and give instructions as needed.
