Summary:
Key support role to the R&D team. Stocks ingredients/supplies, rotates stock, equipment maintenance and calibration, collects data and documents results maintains R&D Lab.
Must be able to work in a team environment and be a self starter.
Prefer 5-10 years experience in baking field or a degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science or related Science. Artisan and traditional baked bread prep experience is a plus. Must be computer literate.
