Eggs Benedict

  Medium skillet 4 servings Preheated broiler
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon or ham, 1/2 inch thick
  • 4 slices Gonnella Vienna Bread, 3/4 inch thick, buttered
  • 4 eggs, poached
  • 1 1/4 cups hollandaise sauce, heated

Fry bacon or heat ham in skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile, toast bread in broiler until golden brown. Place bacon or ham on toast, then top with eggs. Top each with 5 tablespoons sauce. Serve warm.
