French Toast With Blackberries

  Shallow Bowl 6 servings  
  Large skillet  
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 slices Gonnella Vienna Bread
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 pint blackberries

Mix eggs, milk, sugar and salt in bowl. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Dip bread into egg mixture coating well and fry until browned on both sides. To serve, sprinkle each slice with 1 teaspoon powdered sugar and top with blackberries, dividing evenly.
