Italian Sausage With Peppers

- 2 pounds Italian sausage
- 1 red Bell pepper, cut into thin slices Salt and pepper to
taste
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 loaf Gonnella French Bread, split
- 1 green pepper, cut into thin slices
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Bake sausage on baking sheet 15 minutes. Remove to grill or broiler
and grill 5 minutes, until thoroughly cooked. Heat oil in skillet
over medium heat. Sauté onion, peppers, salt and pepper until
vegetables are soft; drain. Meanwhile spread cut sides of bread
with mustard and put sausage down center. Spoon vegetables over
sausage and cut into 4 to 6 portions.
