Job Description

Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and controlling the maintenance, repair and insulation of existing and new equipment in an orderly and cost conscious manner, concentrating on monitoring factors which affect safety and quality and quantity of work accomplished. Organize and direct work assignments for 3rd shift mechanics and provide leadership to the maintenance staff. Responsible for insuring compliance with all company policies as well as federal and state government regulations.

Work Schedule
Attend regularly and on time according to the needs of the maintenance operation, covering all shifts and the on-going supervision of work being performed.

Education/Work Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following:

• 5 years maintenance management
• 2 years in the food industry or 2 years higher education
• Knowledge in PLC/Industrial electricity to include 3 phase motor control
• Must be computer literate.
