PAY SCALES AND BENEFITS

Gonnella pay scales are equal to and, in some cases, are above the Baking Industry averages. It provides health, dental, life, disability, vacation and pension benefits, which are competitive with industry standards.

Professional career paths exist for degreed professionals in such disciplines as management, accounting, benefits, human resources, sales, engineering and quality control.

ON THE JOB TRAINING

Gonnella provides on-the-job training in all job categories. Prior work experience in a similar work environment or task is valuable; however, in the absence of such experience, candidates will be evaluated as to skill, knowledge and ability to be trained to perform such work. Apprenticeships are available for progressive training in skilled jobs such as maintenance mechanic and baker.
