equal to and, in some cases, are above the Baking Industry averages.

ON THE JOB TRAINING
Gonnella provides on-the-job
training in all job categories. Prior work experience in a similar
work environment or task is valuable; however, in the absence of
such experience candidates will be evaluated as to skill, knowledge
and ability to be trained to perform such work. Apprenticeships
are available for progressive training in skilled jobs such as maintenance
mechanic and baker.
