Description
Under general supervision, responsible for maintaining,
repairing and installing existing and new equipment in an orderly,
safe and conscientious manner. Work efficiently, safely and with
a minimum amount of disruption to the production process. Must
be able to work any shift and be on call for emergency service.
Should own tools to perform mechanical tasks. Capable of exerting
up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and up to 20 lbs. of force
constantly.
Education/Work Experience
The successful candidate will possess one or more of the following:
- Technical school training in mechanics or electrical repair.
- Four or more years of hands on experience in trouble shooting
and mechanical repair in an industrial production environment.
- American Institute
of Baking Mechanical Maintenance Certification.
