Job Description

Responsible to direct, coordinate and manage all production activities within assigned area, to ensure the production of quality products in a clean and safe plant. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Work Schedule
Attend regularly and on time to an appointed position with a five (5) day work schedule including weekends and split days off. A six (6) day workweek may be required if business demands. Shifts are for 8.5 hours or more and may vary between 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Education/Work Experience
The successful candidate will possess one or more of the following:

• High School and computer knowledge
• 5 to 10 years of Production Management experience
• Training through the American Institute of Baking is a plus
