Job Description Reporting to the Plant Manager this position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of product quality by directing all activities necessary for the cleaning and sanitizing of production, packaging and dry storage areas on a daily basis. These activities must be performed in accordance with Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP), American Institute of Baking (AIB), Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and all Federal/State food safety/sanitation guidelines/regulations.
