Gonnella Frozen Products is seeking a full-time maintenance mechanic for 3 rd shift. Applicant must have strong mechanical and electrical experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventative and predictive maintenance. They will also possess expertise with high speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, basic I/O, machine control, and some PLC's experience is a plus. Perform building maintenance and other projects as assigned.

Gonnella Frozen Products operates 24x7, candidates must be prepared to work a 3rd shift schedule as well as weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. We are looking for skilled team members who have a minimum of 2-5 years experience and possess strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting abilities.

Experience in electrical and mechanical work in a manufacturing environment, preferably a bakery. A relatively high level of analytical ability is required in order to find solutions to difficult technical problems.

We also require all of our candidates to possess a high school diploma or GED. Candidate with technical training and certification in maintenance mechanic is a plus but not a requirement.
