Participate in the design, specification setting, and installation of new equipment. Support the plant with control problems/projects as needed. Responsible with minimum direct supervision, for leading the Troubleshooting of equipment control problems, upkeep of the LPS, MES, and other automation. Control systems, programming of controls devices such as PLS’s, HMI’s, and VFD’s as needed.
Job Requirements:

Five years direct work experience in a PLC technician capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

Documented training in the field of PLC and HMI programming.

Technically competent with various software programs, such as RSLogix 5000, 500, 5, RSView Drive Executive, RSLogix, Kepware, FT Historian, FT Metrics, Panel Builder, Auto Cad, RSSql, FT Asset Center and MS SQL.

High School or GED Equivalent.
