Gonnella Baking Company a leader in the bread baking industry is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Aurora, IL bakery. This position directly supervises production employees to maximize productivity/quality on assigned shifts and areas.  This includes, but is not limited to, planning, assigning and directing work, coordinating shift meetings, problem solving product and employee issues and complaints.  This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.  The ideal applicant will be degreed with 3-5 years of food or consumer products based manufacturing processing experience.  Previous bread baking and packaging/shipping experience is a plus. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong ability to multi task and prioritize and ability to effectively manage and maintain strong employee relations.
