Gonnella is currently seeking a full-time Baker/Mixer. The ideal candidate will have Baker/Mixer Operator experience. Gonnella Frozen Products operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week; candidates must be prepared to work a night shift schedule as well as weekends and overtime as needed. We are looking for skilled team members who are focused on maintaining productivity and generating quality products. Experience in fast paced production facility helpful but not required.

Position Summary:

Candidate will be responsible for operating all equipment (Multi-Stage Ingredient Mixer, Divider, Moulder, sheeters, Timing Belts, etc.) in the production of raw dough to company standards. Significant amount of time spent in scaling dry ingredients and mixing large (500-lb. +) doughs. Conduct weighing and measuring of ingredients to operate mixers. Accurately pre-scale raw ingredients and verify weight of all ingredients. Adjust moulding boards and sheeters. Stretch dough to correct lengths and cut and tie dough to form various products. Maintain control of dough temperature.

Job Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to move, lift and dump ingredients up to 50 pounds
• Able to check dough consistency is accurate and up to quality standards
• Ability to use independent judgment to problem solve issues
• Must be able to work flexible schedule night shift hours start roughly at 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
• Must be able to stand long periods of time.
• Must have prior experience working in a manufacturing environment that required heavy lifting and operating machinery.
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime

Preferred Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in mixing 300lbs or greater dough's
