Experience in electrical and mechanical work in a manufacturing environment, preferably a bakery. A relatively high level of analytical ability is required in order to find solutions to difficult technical problems. 

• Must have 5 years hands on experience in mechanical work in a manufacturing environment (baking industry is preferred) OR proven technical training / certification in Maintenance Mechanic and Electrical. 
• Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends, and OT as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to analyze and solve difficult technical problems.
