Gonnella Frozen Products in Hazleton, PA is currently seeking a full-time Production Machine Operator for 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have Production Machine Operator experience. Gonnella Frozen Products operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week; candidates must be prepared to work a 3rd shift schedule as well as weekends and overtime as needed. We are looking for skilled team members who are focused on maintaining productivity and generating quality products. Experience in fast paced production facility helpful but not required. Candidate will be responsible for operating all equipment (Multi-Stage Ingredient Mixer, Divider, Moulder, sheeters, Timing Belts, etc.) in the production of raw dough to company standards. Significant amount of time spent in scaling dry ingredients and mixing large (500-lb. +) dough’s. Conduct weighing and measuring of ingredients to operate mixers. Accurately pre-scale raw ingredients and verify weight of all ingredients. Adjust moulding boards and sheeters. Stretch dough to correct lengths and cut and tie dough to form various products. Maintain control of dough temperature.

•Must be able to read, write and speak English

•Ability to check dough consistency is accurate and meets standards

•Ability to use independent judgment to problem solve issues

•Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Requirements:

•1 year of experience in mixing 300lbs or greater doughs
