The Sales Representative role requires a dynamic person who is committed to customer service and sales and who enjoys working with people.
Have a working understanding of in-store and restaurant bakery operations and departments as well as interface with customers for the purpose of selling products. Record sales data, monitor printouts and update various forms to increase sales efficiency.
Responsible for servicing and selling frozen dough products to specific territories and or accounts. Must be able to meet with corporate accounts and implement specific marketing plans for territories and accounts.
General Skills/Requirements/Experience
· Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
· 3 to 5 years of food sales experience with similar customer base.
· Skilled with MS Windows, MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Power Point.
· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, mark ups and margin.
