Provides leadership and ensuring clear communication of instructions to create understanding across all departments during the off shifts. Acts as a liaison between the off shifts and department managers. Work on continuous improvement of KPI’s.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 5-7 years of Supervisory and Leadership experience.
• Must have prior manufacturing experience, food manufacturing ideal.
• Must demonstrate ability to manage on production floor 70% of the time and process administrative tasks 30% of the time.
• Must be able to develop action plans and execute them.
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of organization.
• Must be computer proficient with Microsoft office.
• Shifts can be from 8-10 hour, 5-6 days a week.
• Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success.
• Must be able a problem solver, be able to analyze problems and implement changes for improvement.
• Must be customer centric/focused.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
