Summary:
Customer Service Representative (CSR): Employee will be responsible for handling and processing incoming orders and order invoicing. This includes but is not limited to receiving orders, data entry into the appropriate computer systems, communicating with sales, logistics, and production, along with troubleshooting and resolving customer order issues and concerns. Employee must have strong communication skills, excellent organization skills, a teamwork mentality, and a willingness to learn. Employee will be the front line of support for customers.

Description:

Job functions:

  • Process incoming orders, invoice customers daily and execute order changes.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks necessary to support accounts receivable.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customers pricing, promotions and discounts and file related documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by following Company procedures and policies.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have 5- years prior proven customer support experience
  • Strong professional phone contact and active listening- attention to details.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Must have excellent computer skills.
  • Must be organized, accurate, and demonstrate ability to meet objectives with great follow-through.
  • Must be able to accurately maintain all documentation, analyze information and create reports.
  • Must have strong decision-making skills with the ability to think quickly and handle frequent change.
  • Must have strong experience using Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite- computer proficiency.
