Job Requirements:
• Must have 5-7 years of demonstrated Supervisory and Leadership experience
• Must demonstrate ability to manage on production floor 70% of the time and process administrative tasks 30% of the time
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of organization
• Must have employee engagement leadership skills
• Must be able to develop action plans and execute them
• Must be able to work in flour dust environment and work in holding freezer when needed
• Must demonstrate ability to maintain quality of product and safety of workforce
• Must be customer centric/focused
• Must have leadership development skills
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Bachelor Degree required
Preferred Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Operations or Shift Management experience
• 5 years of food industry Supervisory experience
• Previous Operations Management experience in bread industry
