Conduct weighing and measuring of ingredients to operate mixers. Accurately pre-scale raw ingredients and verify weight of all ingredients. Adjust molding boards and sheeters. Stretch dough to correct lengths. Maintain control of dough temperature. Must be able to meet attendance requirements, stand for full shifts, able to lift up to 50lbs, stoop, reach, crouch, bend, twist, walk, push, pull, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Shifts can be from 8-10 hour, 5-6 days a week.
