Summary:
Gonnella Frozen Products has been in the bread baking business for over 125 years. A leading U.S. baker of hearth breads, rolls and fresh-baked/frozen breads and dough is still family owned and operated who continues to take pride in its products. We are seeking a full-time Recruiter based out of our Schaumburg plant. Qualified candidate will be responsible for a range of recruiting efforts and on-boarding processes. We seek a resourceful and innovative individual able to work with a sense of urgency and focus in a fast paced environment. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively lead all recruiting efforts as well as assist all other plants for any hiring needs. Manage the full-cycle of recruiting process for all open positions. Source talents through job boards and job fairs, build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring decision and coordinating interviews.
Reporting to the HR manager, job will consist of screening and ranking resumes, contacting job candidates, arrange interviews, conduct initial interviews, check references and consult with the hiring manager in regards to making a final hiring decision.
Evaluate existing recruiting sources and modify as required. Continually explore seek and develop additional networks for recruitment purposes whether for active or passive candidates. Contact and communicate with educational institutions trade schools governmental agencies and community groups to expand and strengthen network.
Maintain database and/or filing system for recruiting resumes and candidate information.
