Inventory Parts Coordinator Day shift

Summary:
The Parts Coordinator with minimal direct supervision is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and managing of and distribution of maintenance /repair/operations inventory. Enters requisitions for tools, parts, equipment and contractor related work in and outside of plant. Communication skills utilized maintaining vendor relationships. Daily communication with management relating to equipment operations and availability of parts. Maintains and reconciles MRO inventory, and prepares daily MRO reports. Maintains CMMS system data.

Job Requirements:

•Must have 3-5 years’ experience in inventory management or supply chain management

•Must have experience with CMMS

•Experience with MRO inventory

•Must be capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds of force frequently

•Communication and relationship building with vendors

•Must perform basic math calculations

•Must have High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Requirements:

• MP2 experience
