Job Description: Responsible for functioning as a team member of a progressive sanitation program to maintain high standards for a production food-producing plant, one essentially free of insects and rodent infestation and which produces wholesome products free of extraneous material and bacterial or other contamination and which complies with and/or exceeds all sanitation standards. Performs duties in the plant, flour room, warehouse, roofs and outside area and grounds. Apply residual sprays and mold sprays. Clean production equipment, flour handling equipment, fans, ceilings, walls and floors. Keeping management informed of unsanitary practices occurring in the plant. Assist in ensuring safe work conditions exist. Job Requirements: • Must have prior sanitation or janitorial experience • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds • Must be able to read, write, and speak English • Must have High School diploma or GED Gonnella is an equal opportunity employer
