This person will be responsible for providing support during the sales process, help customers resolve sales related issues in a timely manner, & work closely with the R&D department on new items and formula changes.
Also, this role requires a high analytical ablity to perform the roles of customer complaint coordinator, managing the flow of information, returned samples, follow-up and dissemination of documents relating to Customer Complaints. Troubleshooting is an important part of the position.
Preferred candidate will have a college degree or an equivalent education with a minimum of 5 years sales or support positions. AIB technical degree of equivalent work experience in baking for 5 years is preferred. Job requires ability to work independently without close supervision.
