Sales Support Specialist

Summary:
Establish a partnership with each member of the Sales Team to maximize selling time, provide support during the sales process, help customers resolve sales related issues in a timely manner by providing real-time support. Sales Support Specialist can also escalate issues as necessary to supervisors or other departments in the organization. Plan for and execute all necessary show support, act as Customer Complaint Coordinator and act as conduit between Sales and R & D departments. Apply excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and to act as a true extension of the Sales Team.

Description:

This person will be responsible for providing support during the sales process, help customers resolve sales related issues in a timely manner, & work closely with the R&D department on new items and formula changes.

Also, this role requires a high analytical ablity to perform the roles of customer complaint coordinator, managing the flow of information, returned samples, follow-up and dissemination of documents relating to Customer Complaints. Troubleshooting is an important part of the position.

Preferred candidate will have a college degree or an equivalent education with a minimum of 5 years sales or support positions. AIB technical degree of equivalent work experience in baking for 5 years is preferred. Job requires ability to work independently without close supervision.
