Due to growth Gonnella Frozen Products is seeking a full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager.  Applicants must have previous maintenance supervisor/management experience. They should possess expertise with high speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, basic I/O, machine control, and some PLC's experience. CMMS experience is a plus.  Basic computer skills are required.

Gonnella Frozen Products candidates should be prepared to work 3rd shift schedule, and overtime as needed. We are looking for skilled team members who have a minimum of 3-5 years experience and possess strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting abilities.

Experience in electrical and mechanical work in a manufacturing environment, preferably a bakery. A relatively high level of analytical ability is required in order to find solutions to difficult technical problems. Work requires the ability to read, write and speak English and to perform basic math calculations, prepare reports, keep records, and effectively manage other people.

• Must have average written and oral communication skills to be able to understand and follow directions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prefer some technical courses
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a high speed production facility
• Previous supervisor experience, maintenance mechanic.
• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance management capacity in manufacturing environment
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred
• Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management System, preferably MP2
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, prioritize work schedules and multitasking
• Strong computer skills
