Prior experience in QA/QC food manufacturing and quality preferred.

Must be able to effectively communicate with management and all floor personnel.

Attends regularly and on time to work schedule as established to meet the needs of the organization and priority goals for special projects. May involve assignments on various shifts and weekends to coincide with production runs.

Good mathematical skills

Working knowledge of BRC standard a plus.

Must be computer proficient

Critical thinking and making logical/thought out independent decisions is a requirement
